Michael and his team were excellent! They helped us resolve structural issues with our joists, beams, and outdoor stairs. They did the work in half of the time that others quoted us and gave us a 30 year warranty!

Michael and his team were wonderful as they helped me repair the front facade of my home. Michael was extremely communicative and professional. He answered all of my questions and always explained the decisions his team was making. I was able to schedule the repair the same week that I met with them.
On the day of work the team arrived on time, took care to cover all work areas, and resolved the issue in one day. While working in my basement the team noted some areas where the beams could use some re-enforcement and also took care of that while they were here. They even used some left over supplies to fill in some cracks in the sidewalk outside.
All around this was an amazing team to work with, I'm so happy I chose to work with them and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

Michael and his team are professional and detail-oriented. They helped me inspect the foundation of a row house in Philly after reaching out to Michael over the phone. They were efficient, and patiently explained to me the foundation issues of the house until I was able to clearly understand the details. Structural Engineering Design & Construction LLC (Michael and his team) is friendly, professional and efficient. They did a lot of excellent work on a Saturday. They jackhammered the property edge, installed hydraulic cement, chipped away all loose parts in the foundation walls and installed structural mortar. They also sister all needed joists and installed heavy steel u channels to enhance basement and 2nd floor beams. They also fixed 3rd floor slope issue. Overall, I can't not be happier with their outstanding work. Will definitely work with them in the future.

I needed to brace and repair 2 walls separating from the building. They immediately braced the wall and started Construction within two days. I was able to reopen my business in less than a month since they resolved all my L&I issues. Michael, the owner was very polite, professional and had great attention to detail. He addressed all my concerns and kept me informed about any issues or adjustments that needed to be made during construction. He respected my schedule and always showed up on time. The dedication to quality was reflected especially when they stayed until 10pm one night to be sure a form was set to resolve a newly discovered structural issue. I would highly recommend Structural Engineers to anyone in Philadelphia for structural issues and L&I build violations.
